Do you agree with the politicians, that the UK health care scandal is only "local", and not endemic of the NHS?

NO, it is endemic . After a lifetime of experience, I know people and have had several instances of cruelty within the NHS myself. It is not all NHS staff but an old ethos still remains in the NHS whereby cruelty to patients is accepted and covered over
