I hit the kurb at 15mph max, there is a dent in my alloy & it makes an odd noise when I turn left.?

I would like suggestions of what I may have broken/damaged and how much it may cost, as I have no clue about cars. It makes a deeper noise around 45mph+. the problem is I need my car for my job, so I would most like to know if it's drivable?? Thanks!!
