If there is no earthquake in New Zealand in one hour, is the rapture prophecy wrong?

Ok I figure the hole doomsday thing is BS, but I'm still a little worried. I'm watching a webcam, http://www.wn.co.nz/camera.php?cameraid=8 which has 6:25pm local time. If the time gets to 7:00 with no quake, is the whole prophecy proved wrong?
