There are no quick-fix answers to this question. There are ways for you to get a loan but you will have to pay higher payments and probably interest rates. Check into the Fannie May loan. It's for first time home buyers. FHA may screw you like they have done others so beware of them. Talk to you local bank and see if they can help. Fannie May loans can be gotten from banks or mortgage companies.
