Dubai or Kuwait -family or no family?

I have a job offer for Dubai/Kuwait for �30k + 50% bonus rising to �35k after 6 months. Is this an affordable amount for Dubai or will i have to settle for Kuwait. Also do i bring my wife and 2 kids across or will that then make it unaffordable? Sorry for so many sub-questions but its a mive decision i have to make by Monday!
