Are Imams stirring up hatred in the Moslem mosques?

"Fatah warns imams to curb hate" says our local newspaper. Is this happening in a religion that is gaining converts in the West? I can just imagine what would happen if the Moderator of our United Church of Canada stirred up hatred or the Pope, the Archbishop of Canterbury or any church official in the Western World. We know there was one Imam in England that was promoting violence. Is this justified in the Quran? What is going on in the privacy of the Western mosques?
