Every time i look in my African dwarf frog's tank there's a few blue pebbles?

I don't know about this species, but my guess is eggs. Perhaps it was around another frog or you purchased it when it was gravid. I would just scoop them out unless you plan on keeping them in which you may want to do some reading...
