I need help... my YAHOO friends!!?
I am dealing with trying ever so hard to shed some pounds. My day starts at 5AM, showering, getting children on the bus, taking others to daycare, then off to work.. pretty much non-stop. i work from 8:30 to 5PM, must be at daycare by 5:30PM. My son is 10 months old and my daughter is 13 years old. I am always on the go for one of them or both, sicks, sports, school, etc. I have little to no time to exercise and no money to pay for a membership to pay for YMCA, Curves, Bali, etc. I drink water, eat fruit for breakfast, light lunch, pasta salad, salad, fruit, and then a regular dinner. The pounds seem to go no where. I just recently started walking and now both of my children are sick, allergies, ear infections, bronchitis, etc. I can't seem to win! Any advice. I leave in a rural area so walking at 5AM by myself is not an option. My usual bedtime is around 11AM or so, so by that time I am exhausted! Please someone give me some tips! HELP ME FRIENDS!
