Is there a statistic that shows what our "enemy" has spent on the "war"?

Id like to see that; if it is available. My heart tells me that its a grain of sand compared to what the US has spent. and who is better off? Are they on the ropes after all these lives we have sacrificed and money we have spent? I dont think so.
