Since 2 weeks my features are changing like my nose?

it used to b small n cute n my lips were round n there n shaped n big iwant my old self back how can i get it back is it possible? n how im 20 so its not growig up for sure isnt it so what is it if it were genes/growing up then i shouldve had diffrent looks like from 12 -16 but im 20 so u see wot i mean
