You said she only uses it to sleep, which is a great start! Pacifiers used throughout the day can lead to all sorts of problems, including a high palette and speech delays. She is getting old enough to try trading in her pacis for something that she really wants. Usually you can get the cashier at TRU or Target or elsewhere to play along that she has to pay for her new "goody" by giving over the binkies. It's not an unusual way to get rid of them. Then they are gone and she is a "big girl". Since she is turning two soon, her birthday might be a good target date... you can talk it up between now and then.
