I think I just bought a stolen iphone 4, can I still use it?

If it is stolen, you will be responsible for receiving stolen property. A risk you take with craigslist, but threses so many stolen, I doubt you will get in trouble. Keep the guys number and posting, etc for defense in case you can help the police if its stolen.
